Master-Planned Assets

Integrated Mountain Infrastructure

Our 4.6-kilometer cable car connects the sacred Godawari Kunda with the Phulchoki Mai Temple. Along this corridor, we are constructing five-star hotels and luxury eco-resorts under strict environmental impact approvals.

This famous South Asian hiking route is being thoughtfully enhanced with low-impact architectural marvels, preserving the 50-hectare habitat of rare birds and butterflies.

Sovereign Investment Alignment

We invite international institutional partners and sovereign wealth funds to join us in executing South Asia's premier integrated mountain destination, backed by a nine-year development track record.
